A list of books that should no longer see the light of the day, which represent a big obstacle to the development of our relations with our brotherly people of Greece, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Albania The withdrawal of the Macedonian Encyclopedia and the wrung change of its contents are opening our eyes: let us ask the Government, the political parties in Macedonia, and a large number of journalists to support the withdrawal of some other books whose contents might hurt somebody's national feelings. This is of special importance these days, because we are expecting the report of the European Commission about the progress of the Republic of Macedonia in the fulfillment of the famous "benchmarks" that may, but not necessarily recommend negotiations and a date for negotiations of our country for membership in EU. By doing so, we as intellectuals are fulfilling our duty in contributing to the development of our society and thus making a small step for us, but definitely a big step for the future of Macedonia. This is how the primal list of books that should be urgently withdrawn and probably re-elaborated might look like considering that the report is due to arrive in about ten days:
